Practically all the foreign guests of the 1st International Joseph Conrad Literature Festival are connected with film. On the basis of their pieces, films were created, sometimes they themselves stood behind the camera, they also often cooperated with other creators as screenplay writers. That is why during the Festival we also invite you to the cinema.

Deep in depression, Batya finds herself anew thanks to a mysterious, red-haired girl, who appears in her life under intriguing circumstances.

The gloomy world turns out to be surprisingly similar to the earthly one – the character finds a new job and new friends, and in the meantime he finds out that his ex-girlfriend also reaches the beyond, so he decides to find her... The perverse film variation about life after death plus Tom Waits as an angel.
